    Z-Wave nodes not responding

I'm using an Aeon Labs Z-Stick S2 and many of my nodes have stopped responding. It's been happening for a few months so I don't remember exactly what broke it. I've tried several optimizations, full optimizations, firmware update, etc. The strange thing is, many of my events seem to trigger properly (e.g. my lights actually turn on at sundown) although not always. I suspect it may be a routing issue but not sure how to fix it. Some information below, please let me know if any more information is needed -- any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

    HomeSeer version 3.0.0.318

On the Node Information page Plugins->Z-Wave->Node Infromation, what is "Last Working Route" for some of the failing nodes?
You can force a route from there. To try a direct route, just submit the form blank.

I don't see "Last Working Route" in there (see attached screenshot of one example) or how to submit the form. Am I in the right place?

If I wipe the whole Z-wave controller and re-add all my devices, is that likely to fix it? I'm not sure what else to do at this point.

It may. I would start first by optimizing the nodes closest to your controller and then work your way out. You may also want to try putting the z-stick on a usb extension cable and getting it as far away as possible from your computer. You may also want to try a powered usb hub, as your problem may be indicative of the z-stick not quite getting enough power.
