A forum search came up with some close relatives but not the same error I am experiencing. Anyone shed some light on this?
Error Exception in Plug-In(NetCAM)/Format UI: Argument 'Index' is not a valid value.

Solution:
HS3 had somehow altered the event line to show there was an exception. Once I removed this it restarted without error. Below shows that the last event line had changed. In the interest of full disclosure I may have changed the "USER: password @URL" in an attempt to sort this out prior to noticing the event line had been altered.
I am not liking that HS3/Netcam changed an event without my consent but at least when looking at the event you realize there was some error condition.
