recurring event once an hour at top of the hour

How do you setup a recurring event to trigger once an hour at the top of the hour? I have several of this type of trigger for like 15 minutes after, 30 minutes etc but i want to have it trigger at exactly 12:00, 1:00 etc. Zero minutes doesn't work, 60 minutes doesn't work. I could do every 10 seconds with the only trigger once after the hour ticked, but that is wasting a lot of cpu cycles

Just do a recurring event, triggered every 60 mins 0 secs and tick the reference to hour box.
