Ether rain error with HSPRO "entry point function not found"

Hi, has anyone seen this error before

07/09/2013 7:04:50 PM - Error 2 - Cannot run script EtherRain.vb, entry point function not found: runER3 soak

("runER3 soak","ER_8_3; ER3 soak") is the syntax I am using

I had it running so well, an then for some reason all my events got wiped out, and now I can't seem to work out what I am doing wrong.

I have double checked the installalion of asp folder and the script and the establishment of the virtual controllers which all have their satus as read and functioning correctly.

Any help is much appreciated

Hi Chris,

Send me some emails if this is still an issue.

Make sure that EtherRain.vb is still in your scripts directory. Then review the EtherRain scripts documentation.

Your command should probably look something like this:
("runNamedCycle","ER_8_3; ER3 soak")

this is assuming your controller's name is ER_8_3 and that the cycle you are running is called ER3 soak

These commands are described in the EtherRain Interface Function Reference which should be in your download zip.

Ether rain error

Hi Jim, thanks for your response.

I have done what you suggested, but still get the error.

As a temporizer, I had some grass seed I wanted to get down before the winter, I am using Optirain which is working well.

I would still like to get the home seer interface running though!
