If updating to the latest firmware of the Phillips Hue bridge

I have send an corrected version for the plugin to the updater.
If you are planning to upgrade the bridge to the latest version, please install the version 1.0.5.11 also!

There are no other changes in this version.

It's taken 2 years but, I see Philips have finally added a way to delete a bulb!!
Better late than never I suppose

Correct. I - and others - made this request some time ago. Am glad it is enabled now. I will finish the current changes to the plugin and will then work on incorporating the delete function in the plugin.
Have to do some testing to decide if the plugin should allow the deletion of bulbs while still active and reachable or only the unreachable ones.

Hi Wim,
Im on the latest PI and also the latest bridge firmware. I noticed this in the logs, although everything seemed to work as it should. I run a red alert on the lights before it switches everything off downstairs, just in case I'm still awake

The 901 code is coming back from the bridge, if I interpret the api documentation right, Philips states this message is not due to something incorrectly formatted by the plugin, but an internal error on the bridge.
The extra code, 404 is not documented for the API, but Philips yet has to update its documentation to the latest version.

So, it is not an error from the plugin, but some internal error in the bridge itself. I will monitor the updates by Philips to see if some more clarity is coming up in the documentation. I am hoping it will be a one time issue for you... I for one do not like internal errors
