Error updating to new ZWave version 3.0.2.229

I tried to update to the new secure beta today but get the following error:

Error unzipping C:\Program Files (x86)\HomeSeer HS3\Updates3\HomeSeer Z-Wave S2 SupportBETA 3.0.2.229\HSPI_ZWave_3.0.2.229.zip, Wrong Local header signature: 0x4F44213C on line 0
