Occupancy not latching.

So, I am trying to get to a decent HS3 configuration, but am having problems with my Occupancy devices. Been following the directions. The x-10 motion sensor works, ACRF3 picks is up fine, the motion sensor is defined in HS3 as well as BLRadar 2.0.23.0. Occupancy device created in HS3 and BLRadar and linked in BLRadar. All is ok. Dusk-Dawn sensors also done and working well!
The motion sensor goes ON with motion, and is set to go OFF after 2 minutes of no motion, which is does.
Motion sensor trips, status changes properly, and for just an instant so does the linked occupancy device, maybe 1 or 2 secs. the sensor stays ON, but the occupancy has gone back to vacant.

Any ideas? It's gotta be something simple......but at this point I'm blind to it.

I've just had the same issue. In my case I'd set the occupancy devices to be status only, changing back to a normal device fixed it.
