Fibaro and Aeotec make devices specifically for use with their dimmers too.

Personally I haven't needed to as I've got my dimmers connected to dim-supported LED downlights, so works a treat even at incredibly low wattage.

Personally been getting the adverstisement emails from ldsdimming dot com for a few months now. I was entertaining purchasing a couple of test devices until their base price went up to double the intro price.

A while back someone did write a DIY on installation of a piece of hardware (maybe it was a resistor and capacitor) to create an even low voltage load for LED lamps that would fit inside of a wall switch box.

Recently have been purchasing clear filament LED dimmable lamps. I do see flicker sometimes on them with nightly standard dimming at 30%. Mostly here when it got really hot outside and everybody was running their AC units.

If the price went up they must be working abut really I do not think that they are worth $9.00 each.
