web visual studio express WVS and asp inside HS

1) i try to study the asp code like those generate after click on web server icon in the setup .

so 26 hide value input parameters but how is hide/working the conf name ? because all data use conf ... go in conf !! ( rewrite cgi exe ? ).
i was thinking i could use WVS for this but not . any idea ?

2)like the webhelp that use the html tag popup with Aaea shape !!
