Trane XR524 Status

I am using a Trane XR524 thermostat. Through the web browser interface - I have full control and instant status updates.

I am unable to figure out how to implement control through HS3 Touch Designer. The status will not update or display in the same way that lighting controls update. Also, I am unable to figure out how to map buttons to increment cool-setpoint up or down. Has anyone done this for the Trane?

Homeseer did come through for me and came up with the problem.

The Trane thermostat is fully operational now - including on HS3 Touch

Just updated the ZWave plugin. I did not think of doing that because I just bought this S6 unit a few weeks ago. That did it all.
