    Elk or Caddx or ??

    My desired features are:

Very expandible (possible temp sensor, low voltage relay control)

Double-duty as HA controllers (I am all X-10, but would mind if they also did ZWave, UPB, Insteon so I can have more options when adding new stuff). I also have several virtual devices, like opening/closing garage doors that I'd like to be able to do from the keypad.

Wireless compact door/window sensors (the kind you drill in the jam and are completely hidden) & good range or options to expand range.

Wireless Control pad option (Or powerline transmission) (I have one location I'd like to have one in that I'd rather not wire up).

Maybe even if the wireless and HA is really good, I would think about having a controller in every room, so it would have to handle that.

Controllers that you can seperately turn chime on and off for.

    Thanks.

    Joe

It'll have to be Elk with all those requirements.

      I have the Caddx

I have a Caddx and I agree with Rupp. Elk is what you need.
