So, I am testing out Spud's IFTTT plugin to connect HS3 events with my Trane (Nexia) thermostats. I have 2 identical events running in parallel: 1) HomeSeer device turns on ("armed away"), then thermostats' set points changed; and 2) DropBox new file created when armed away, then thermostats' set points changed. These ran simultaneously from HomeSeer HS3 (event time stamps identical) and the new DropBox file was created immediately. However, for the "then this" part the DropBox event occurred 13 minutes later (minutes, not seconds)! So, although the DropBox file was created immediately, the IFTTT event was delayed. I will continue to monitor this. However, I was wondering whether others have observed this kind of delay.
