      Lutron Caseta Plug-in Randomly Dies

      DonMor,

I disabled the Lutron Caseta Plug-in and it updated fine. I thought I had done that before, both with and without disabling before attempting the update. I guess not. In any case, thanks for your patience. I will keep you posted as to how things work in the days and weeks ahead.

I have a few plug-ins that you must disable before installing the update.

I also in the past have had problems with the plugin. I spoke to Don several weeks ago and I have not had any problems even after this update.

        Thanks Don

          DonMor,

Within minutes of updating to the lastest plug-in, Ver 3.0.0.80, I observed lots of the following:

Not sure what to make of these, but one batch of them seems to be coming in every 90 seconds or so.....see attached PDF. Other functions seem to be working OK.

Is this really a problem, other than clogging up my LOG file?

This is normal in the debug mode, to be able to monitor is the telnet is still connected I need to send a command that return an error. To de sable this unchecked the debug log.

If you want to log the change of the device do not use the debug, but unchecked the "Do not log commands from this device:" instead in the device configuration from the home page.
