Blspeech should tie into blrussound

Blspeech should call the plugin BLRussound to Turn on/off the speaker plus save and restore speakers back to their original settings. This would make life much easier than write a Vb script to call all your functions in BlRussound. I already have Russound Plugin to control this. I ratter have you control the speaker process. When I pass a special tag for "Speakers/Zone" to BLSpeech it could do all the processing needed to control the speakers.

I have not started this. I will likely not get to it until after I get BLRussound in the first release.
