Mute Status

How can I determine whether a zone is muted or not? I've created HST pages using a Music Template. I can turn mute on or off, but I cannot find a way to tell the current mute status. Ideally I'd like a virtual device that tracks mute for each zone.

You would have to make a virtual device in your status page and name it speaker mute.

If you place for example a button in HST, you can link the state of the button by selecting "music" in the "Normal Association type:" list box, then select "Mute Status" and now you can use a value, or text.
