    Alexa with Kwikset Lock

    My Kwikset lock is working fine with both of the HS apps and even with HSTouch, but I’m having problem with the Alexa app. The Alexa app is shown below, even though I’ve deleted the lock and added it over a dozen times. This just started about two weeks ago, previously the lock “discovered” with no problem. Again, I can lock the door with Alexa, and I can lock and unlock with HS3. Is anyone else seeing this problem?

    I have exactly same message displayed in the Alexa app. Just like you, I can control the lock with no issues but this message is on.
