To Install:
1. Delete all EZFlora devices from HomeSeer
2. Shutdown HomeSeer
3. Copy the hspi_ezflora.dll to the homeseer folder
4. Copy the EZFlora.ini to the Config folder (replace existing ini file)
5. Restart HomeSeer
6. Use "EZFlora Configuration" link to re-configure devices
