New Version of lrpSpeak sent to Updater.

New version of the lrpSpeak plug-in was sent to the updater...

A new version 2.2.0.7 was added to the updater.

A new version 2.2.0.8 was sent to the updater.

A new version 2.2.0.11 was sent to the updater. Fixes a few things, adds playing of wav files, beeps, and a couple of new features.

A new version 2.2.0.13 was sent to the updater.

Version 2.2.0.15 --- minor bug fixes - added Quiet to volume level settings.

A new version 2.2.0.22 was sent to the updater. --- Minor feature enhancements, such as a revised drop-down box for Default-Previous-ALL OFF speaker states. This update requires that the old ini be copied to bak and a new ini will be created at first save of config. You can cut and paste speaker names into new ini if you wish. The reason for new ini is, I changed some of the ini field names to make it more intuitive.
