Upgrading from HS2 to HS3 - totally lost with RFXCOM

In my HS2 system, I handled X10 handheld remote events by a script to control various Zwave devices.

I'm converting to HS3 and figured I would use events to handle these handheld remote events, but I can't seem to get it working correctly.

I have a USB RFXCOM (Com6).

When I press a button (M1) on my remote, the event I get is:

May-02 12:23:53 AM RFXCOM Warning: 35 (processX10) Device:M1 does not exist

The event I have built in HS3 is not triggering either.

Help?

Enable the X10 protocol in the receiver.
On the RFXCOM General config page: at the X10 config select the House Code used by the sensor/remote to STATUS ONLY.
Add an X10 device with the house/device code on the Homeseer Status page.
