Error when trying to install HS2

I am running 1.7. After installing 2.0 and try to run the program, I get the following error:

Error loading (LOAD): Couldn't get process information from remote machine.

It has a window open but I can't do anything.

Any help?

I get the error when I try running Homeseer 2. In the bottom tray, HS2 shows as minimized. When I click on the tray, a window shows up that kind of looks like the window for HS2. If I try doing anything from that window, I get other errors.

Exact Same problem

I am getting the exact same thing happening to me. Anyone have any ideas?

Do you guys have the latest .net framework installed?

HS2 installed .net framework. I tried uninstalling .net framework and re-installing. Still same problem. I also went through everything again. Uninstalled both .net framework and HS2, then re-installed. I have a helpdesk inquiry that is 2 days old.

I appreciate your response. If you think of something else, please let me know.
