Visonic remote not detected, why?

Hi
I am using the 868 MHz version (bought one the "prototype" production) together with the Visonic Powermax.

However I am facing one, weird problem:

The RFXCOM detects all sensors - but one. One of my remote/keyfob MCT-234 is simply not detected and not shown in the list of sensors heard. The MCT-234 works just fine with the Powermax Pro every single day.

Do you have any idea why, and what to do?
