Zwave Rescan deletes Custom Status Graphics

I needed to re-scan a Zwave device for an issue, and once I did, the status graphics had changed back to the default. Since it was a 5-port power switch, it required a little bit of effort to put them back in. Is this working as designed, or is it something that can be fixed in a future release? Thank you.

I posted about this several years ago and never got an answer. It is frustrating.

This is by design. It is hoped a rescan of a device will reset everything to defaults by re-creating child devices to what they should have been on original inclusion. This will include VS/VG pairs.

When I had a water sensor HS-LS100+ some time it don't create the parent and child, I see it in the Node Information, so the only way to create the child and parent is do a full scan. Then it reset all my custom.

This is a big issue
