    Thermostats not communicating

I can change thermostat settings from my HomeSeer, but my HomeSeer cannot see setting changes that are initiated by the thermostat, HAI panels, or PC Access. For example, I can set the temperature from HS, but when the heating comes on, the status does not update in the HS Device. Same for all the other HS devices (fan, hold, etc.)

    Any ideas?

    Thanks

    Bob

Yes; here just noticed that the status of my Omnistat was showing the same time status this morning. (all were at around 10:30 AM).

Via the Omnistat changed hold from on to off.

I saw the change on the HS3 variables happen but the time did not change.

I then put it back on hold and did not see the variable change in the GUI.

I then went back to change the hold mode to off and it did show up in the status but the time did not change.

That said enable debug, do a clip and paste and send the debug logs to Rob.

There are other issues with current version.

You can downgrade or wait until V.25 is upgraded to V.26.

Thanks Pete. Good to know it's not just me. I'll send logs to Rob as you suggested.

I don't know how I didn't notice this before. All three of my thermostats have duplicate devices. Must have happened when I upgraded from HAI to Omni. This is what was causing me to think the thermostats were not communicating through my OMNI panel to HS. Deleted the unresponsive ones, and everything seems to work now.
