Raspberry pi 3b camera

Hi,

I changed my raspberry pi 3b (Jeedom) and my wdmycloud nas, for an Odroid xu4 board.

So now i have a rpi3b with nothing on it. Is it possible to use the pi camera as a ip cam for homeseer?
I know it is possible to configure a web adresse/port to get access to the camera feed. Would i be able to take snapshots etc with this ( from homeseer)

would i have any limitation going this route?

I just used ultranetcam and pushbullet to send myself a snap from my raspberry pi camera. So it is possible and thanks for making me try it.
