Using ZEE as Secondary Controller (Z-Sticks for both Primary and Secondary)

Ok I am using a PC for my primary controller (HS3 Standard Edition 3.0.0.68 (Windows))
It is using a Aeon Labs Aeotec Z-Stick as the primary controller.
Home ID: 014CDF48 (Valid) Node: 1
INIT Status Mode Lib Version Lib Type
ok CONTROLLER PRIMARY Z-Wave 2.78 CONTROLLER STATIC
API Version Capabilities Z-Wave IC Transmit Queue
    5 0 ZW0301 0
    Nodes in the Controller
    1, 2, 4, 5, 8, 9, 11, 14
It is working very well and I have been happy with the new HS3 stuff.

I purchased a ZEE with the same model Z-Stick and want to use it as my secondary controller. The question is how do I make the Z-Stick in the ZEE a secondary controller and copy all the nodes from the primary. I have seen the videos about building a network from scratch. Whats the procedure for adding the ZEE with a Z-Stick as secondary controller to my network. ?

    Thanks for any suggestions
I would like to see a step by step procedure (especially copying the primary network controllers nodes to the secondary).
