Migrate HS3 from Windows to MAcOS

Hi,

I want to move my HS3 from een Windows 7 VM to MacOS.

I installed HS3 on my Mac and it seems to be running just fine.

How do I migrate from the Windows version to MacOS nice and smoothly?
