    KeypadLinc Switch 2487S

    Gurus,

I Installed a #2487S KeypadLinc Switch (v6.9 1246) and switched plates and modes to 8 button (they only come in 6 button). When adding the unit in PLM v1.7.3.1 the unit is recognized but shows as "Device Type 022C" with none of the associated links for all of the buttons. I tried resetting the device and resetting 6 to 8 button again, deleting and reinstalling in PLM. It does see the device, but not as a KeypadLinc. I tried resetting the device back to defaults and installing it as a 6 button unit, again it sees the unit but only as "Device Type 022C" with no button links. Any ideas how to get PLM to properly recognize the unit?

    Thanks,

    Leo

    Leo,
looks like you got a new kpl device type. I'll need to post a new version to support this. I can post something later this evening. Hang in there.

          Mark,

New version works well, 2487S fully recognized and functional in 6 and 8 button modes.

          Thanks again,

          Leo
