This is something I had back in my Vera days and really miss it... It adds tons of intelligence and flexibility.
If we could add an offset to a trigger, we can use vDevices to, on the fly, change how/when triggers initiate and how actions react.
Easy example... Time.
If we use a vDevice to augment the time trigger, we can change the time something occurs.
Coming home late from the movie? Don't want your coffee Machine to turn on at 8, you want it at 9. No problem, change the vDevice to be +1:00:00 and easy trigger adds one hour to the trigger time.
... The possible uses cases are endless. Can use for changing Light dim levels and more.
