HomeTroller-SEL won't connect without monitor

I'm starting to get my SEL dialed in and working well, but i have strange network connection issues. If I restart the unit, it won't connect to the network (hardwired to router) unless I have a monitor plugged into the hdmi port. If I don't have a monitor connected it never connects to the network, but as soon as I plug in a monitor it connects no problem. If I already have a monitor connected, it boots up and connects, no problem.

Suggestions? I really don't want a monitor plugged in all the time.

There's something weird going on. I have a HomeTroller-SEL, and don't have this issue. I'd recommend calling support.

I have yet to plug in a monitor to my unit.
