    Toggle is half working

I mentioned this before - and it's not a big deal - but I noticed that 'toggle' function only works when output is in 'ON' state.
When it's 'OFF' - toggle isn't working. So basically 'Toggle' is currently equivalent to 'OFF'

Thank you, I'll give it a try.
BTW, I had a question - with the new version - do I upgrade in HS or in Raspi, or both? Probably stupid question...

            Raspi should be enough

"Installation of package Raspberry IO failed. Try disabling the plugin first, then re-try the update"
                  I'll try that
[EDIT] Ok, that worked! Now testing
[EDIT] Still same problem. But I updated in HS. You said I need to update RasPi instead?
[EDIT] YAY it works! Thank you!

Just to explain - I'm using 'Toggle' for 'heartbit' LED to visually confirm that everything is working - Homeseer, RasPi, etc.
