DoorBird will do everything on that list except for the digital keypad (although I think some of them may support RFID tags).

They have a broad range of products (quite expensive too). Does your statement apply to their entry level model that sells for about $350.
Some of my requested features are not listed in their "tech specs" and they do not provide "user manual" as far as I can see at their web site. Is there a place to review their features in detail.

I have the D101 (the entry level model). It has;

1) Waterproof - It is IP65
2) Keypad - As discussed, there is nothing for this
3) Camera - HD IP Camera
4) Gate Opening - It has a door opener relay
5) HS3 Integration - I wrote the plugin for it
6) Low Voltage - Runs from 15V
7) Camera Feed - Runs an IP camera that is ONVIF compliant, I record it on a generic NVR unit
8) iPhone App - Yes it has iOS/Android
9) Motion Detection - Yes it does this, minimal false alarms is a bit difficult to quantify but it has a 3D sensor and gating built into the app so you can lock out parts of the image to prevent false triggers

Meanwhile I found this one at Amazon that seems to have everything incl keypad. However it doesn't pass the smell test. Seems as another unbaked, undocumented Chinese product. I already wasted time with one. Don't want to repeat it.
