PLM 1.4.1.2 and 'group cleanup' flag

I disabled the 'group cleanup' flag on the main Inteon page (and saved), but I could still see clean-ups being done after HS group broadcasts.

I then restarted HS (service) and only then would clean-up's NOT be done, as expected.

Is this normal behavior? I so, would be nice to have a warning message to that effect.

i think this is a bug, i'll fix it. it should change the cleanup operation immediately (without a restart)
