Exception Saving Grammar

I keep getting the following error in the log. Tried deleting the referenced file to regenerate, but still comes back: Anyone know how to eliminate it, does anyone know what problem this may cause?

I've started getting this one, too..... and my speech recognition is, again, broken....

This is typically caused by a device with a name that contains an illegal character for an XML file. Open the file in Internet Explorer and see if it opens correctly without errors.
