    I have reinstalled 1.5.0.3, and disabled polling. It has been running for about 5 days and it seems to be stable.

      well that is encouraging.

      once you are confident the system is stable, i would suggest turning on 1 device for polling at a 5 minute interval and leave everything else set to 0 (so they don't get polled). Then every few days add another device for polling and see when/if the system breaks.
