Force alarm?

Is it possible to force my 15p to alarm, as if a break-in occured?

I don't see anything like this on the status pages, nor via a script (per the script documentation).

Any info is appreciated!

not sure about sounding the primary alarm when the alarm isn't actually armed. But I know you can sound the aux alarm even if the panel isn't armed.

a few steps

1. enable one of the zone expander ranges via the ad2usb v2+. see ! config cmd and ad2usb documentation or site if necessary.
2. create a zone in your panel for one zone within the range you selected in step 1. set it for aux alarm. see your panel programming manual.
3. create the corresponding virtual zone in the plugin v1.2.5 or later
4. use an action to fault the virtual zone and sound the aux alarm

the same setup as i mentioned above should sound the primary alarm when the panel is armed.

please report back about how it goes.

Will give it a shot when I get some time to try it. Right now I will be wasting my time trying to hunt down why my HS box is arbitrarily HARD locking up every now and then. :-(
