I still can't figure out what is going wrong here.

I have users (including myself) which don't have this problem

I have to dig deeper and find out what's the root cause.

Does this plug-in support U.S. based Honeywell's Total Comfort Connect Wifi thermostats?

Rien first of all my excuse for the late reaction. Problem still exists.

I use the european login (https://europe.mytotalconnectcomfort.com/Locations).

If you want my honeywell account for testing send me a PM.

          Hi,

I think that if I use your account it will be working in my environment. I tested this with another user with the same error. There must be something different in our setup. Is it possible you sent me a complete list of your HS setup. Including OS version and language, plugins used, HS version etc...

          THanks
          Regards,

Please give it a try, honeywell is sometimes changing their website and there were differences between the US en European sites in the past.

Please let me know tour experiences.

            Thanks

OK, I installed the plug-in and selected Honeywell as the brand, enter credentials and hit the save button...

Now what? Doesn't look like any devices were created.

I tested it with a friend's account and this seems to work like expected.
For another test I use an US account for my own Honeywell and this account shows the same errors as you guys have.

Can you tell me where on which site you registered your EVoHome?
                At https://europe.mytotalconnectcomfort.com of at https://mytotalconnectcomfort.com

For some (unknown) strange reason Honeywell seperated the 2 continents.

My plugin only supports the EU version at this time.
Oh,..... well that might be the problem right there... I'm in the US... Is there any chance of supporting the US version?

I see there is an error in the logs about not able to connect. Can I change the Honeywell site urll as the US site is different from the European site.

Here is the exact error.., and yes the log-in information is correct, at least for the US version.

                      <table class="log_table_row" cellspacing="0"><tbody><tr><td class="LogDateLong LogDateTime1" colspan="1" style=" white-space: nowrap;" align="left">May-31 8:02:05 AM </td><td class="LogPri1" colspan="1" align="left">

                        Rien,

just installed v3.3.1.0 and thought I'd provide some feedback.

For the status column, all is reported OK and in deg C

                        For the control column:

                        * The heatpoint shows + and - buttons and a dropdown box with values in deg C. If I use the + and - buttons the thermostat changes immediately and so does the status text in HS. If I use the dropdown, the thermostat changes but the status text does not until a few minutes later when it updates... it is a bit misleading, since it appears not to have worked when in reality it has...

                        * The coolpoint (in my case not used since it is only a heater - would be a nice addition if one could choose if to display the cooling, since I believe but this is my particular opinion of course, that this is not used a lot... at least here in Europe). Apart from this, which would only be a nice to have, the control column displays a +, a - buttons and 2 dropdown lists, one in deg F and one in deg C...

                        * Changing the profile, for example from "hold" to "normal" executes an immediate change on the thermostat but as for the heatpoint does not reflect in the status column until the following refresh

                        Many thanks
